Thomas L. Saeli
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Saeli is currently the CEO of Noble International, Ltd. Previously, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Lear Corporation, where he was responsible for worldwide investment/transactional activities, strategic planning, shareholder oversight for 35 global joint ventures and alliances, and negotiation of other strategic alliances.  Prior to working at Lear, Mr. Saeli was a partner with Oxford Investment Group and also served in various corporate positions at Pepsico, Inc. and CBS, Inc.  He earned a BA in economics from Hamilton College and an MBA in finance and accounting from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

David J. Fallon
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Fallon is currently the CFO of Noble International, Ltd.  He heads Noble’s Accounting, Finance and IT groups and has responsibility for its treasury, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory compliance and risk management activities.  Mr. Fallon joined Noble in 2002, serving as Vice President of Finance.  Before joining Noble, Mr. Fallon worked with Deloitte & Touche, DaimlerChrysler, and Textron Automotive Company.  Mr. Fallon is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charter holder.  He holds a BS from the University of Dayton and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

James C. Orchard
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Orchard is currently the COO of Noble International, Ltd.  Before joining Noble in 2007, Mr. Orchard was President of Faurecia North America, overseeing customer relationship management and strategic development of the company’s product lines.  Before joining Faurecia North America, Mr. Orchard was Executive Vice President and President of North American Operations for Visteon Corporation, a major supplier of automotive components, systems and modules. Prior to his work with Visteon, Mr. Orchard served as Chief Executive Officer of North American and South American Operations for ZF Group, a driveline and chassis technology company, and was responsible for financial management of the company’s regional operations.  Mr. Orchard also gained extensive manufacturing experience from his management positions at Dana Corporation, which included International Materials Manager, Plant Manager and Director of Assembly Operations for Dana’s axle division. Mr. Orchard earned degrees in business administration and marketing from Indiana University.  He is a member of the board of directors of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association.

Dirk Vandenberghe
President, Europe/Asia

Dr. Vandenberghe is currently the President of Europe and Asia at Noble International, Ltd. He is responsible for all operations and sales in Europe, Asia, and Australia since the merger of Noble International and ArcelorMittal Tailored Blank. Previously, he served as General Manager of ArcelorMittal Tailored Blank and Arcelor Decosteel 1 & 2. Prior to his General Manager positions, Dr. Vandenberghe was Production Manager at the Blast furnace department at Arcelor Ghent and Assistant R&D Manager at Stork Pumps Brussels.  Dr. Vandenberghe received his electro-mechanical engineering degree and PhD from the University of Ghent, Belgium. He has also earned a Master in Business Economics from the University of Antwerp Management School and a Master in Information Technology and Management from the Vlerick Management School, Ghent, Belgium.

Frank Sovis
President, North America

Mr. Sovis is currently the President of North America at Noble International Ltd.  He is responsible for strategic long-term growth, operating efficiency, financial performance, and customer focus.  Before assuming the position of President in September 2007, Mr. Sovis served as the Vice President of International Business Development.  In this position, he worked on developments with business partners and played an intricate role in Noble’s globalization.  Prior to joining Noble in 2007, Mr. Sovis spent 16 years at Lear Corporation where he held a variety of senior management roles in operations, sales, program management, and finance.  He has also worked with Ernst and Young and General Motors.  Mr. Sovis has both a BBA and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Andrew Tavi
Vice President, General Counsel

Mr. Tavi is currently the Vice President and General Counsel at Noble International, Ltd. He joined Noble in November 2005 as the Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. He assumed the position of Vice President and General Counsel, North America upon consummation of our acquisition of ArcelorMittal Tailored Blank in August 2007 and until May 2008. Prior to joining Noble, Mr. Tavi was Senior Counsel at the law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, securities law and real estate transactions. While at Foley, Mr. Tavi served as Noble’s outside legal counsel on numerous transactions and corporate matters.  Mr. Tavi holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
