Thomas L. Saeli Mr. Saeli is the CEO of Noble International, Ltd. Previously, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Lear Corporation, where he was responsible for worldwide investment/transactional activities, strategic planning, shareholder oversight for 35 global joint ventures and alliances, and negotiation of other strategic alliances. Prior to working at Lear, Mr. Saeli was a partner with Oxford Investment Group and also served in various corporate positions at Pepsico, Inc. and CBS, Inc. He earned a BA in Economics from Hamilton College and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
David J. Fallon Mr. Fallon is the CFO of Noble International, Ltd. He heads Noble’s Accounting, Finance and IT groups and has responsibility for its treasury, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory compliance and risk management activities. Mr. Fallon joined Noble in 2002, serving as Vice President of Finance. Before joining Noble, Mr. Fallon worked with Deloitte & Touche, DaimlerChrysler, and Textron Automotive Company. Mr. Fallon is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charter holder. He holds a BS from the University of Dayton and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dirk Vandenberghe Dr. Vandenberghe is the President of Europe and Asia at Noble International, Ltd. He is responsible for all operations and sales in Europe, Asia, and Australia. Previously, he served as General Manager of ArcelorMittal Tailored Blank and Arcelor Decosteel 1 & 2. Prior to his General Manager positions, Dr. Vandenberghe was Production Manager at the Blast furnace department at Arcelor Ghent and Assistant R&D Manager at Stork Pumps Brussels. Dr. Vandenberghe received his electro-mechanical engineering degree and PhD from the University of Ghent, Belgium. He has also earned a Master in Business Economics from the University of Antwerp Management School and a Master in Information Technology and Management from the Vlerick Management School, Ghent, Belgium. John Nechiporchik Mr. Nechiporchik is the President of North America at Noble International, Ltd. As President, Mr. Nechiporchik is responsible for strategic long-term growth, operating efficiency, financial performance, and customer focus. Mr. Nechiporchik joined Noble in late 2007 as the COO of Noble's North American operations, where he had direct responsibility for Noble’s twelve North American manufacturing facilities. Prior to joining Noble, Mr. Nechiporchik was President of Roush Industries Manufacturing Division. He has also served as President of Guide Corporation and ASC Corporation. Mr. Nechiporchik holds a BS in Industrial Administration from General Motors Institute, now known as Kettering University.
Mr. Tavi is Vice President and General Counsel at Noble International, Ltd. He joined Noble in November 2005 as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, before assuming the role of General Counsel in May 2006. Prior to joining Noble, Mr. Tavi was Senior Counsel at the law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, securities law and real estate transactions. While at Foley, Mr. Tavi served as Noble’s outside legal counsel on numerous transactions and corporate matters. Mr. Tavi holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
